With Buffer app getting famous, various apps post to Buffer. For an app to post to Buffer you’ll have to create buffer app.
Here’s how to create Buffer App,
1 – Go to, https://bufferapp.com/developers/apps/create and enter all the required details

2 – Add Name, Description, Website, and other details. If you know the callback URL enter it else enter Website address in Callback URL.
3 – Click on Create Application and your application will be created.
4 – Once the app is created you can go to registered app link, https://bufferapp.com/developers/apps, there you can find all the required information relevant to your app.
